Getting Started
How do I get started?
Review the program, choose Standard or Concentrated Fieldwork and your monthly pace, then begin enrollment online. A sales consultation is not required.
Do I need to be an RBT?
No. The program is designed to provide the fieldwork experience itself.
Can I keep my current job?
Yes. Many student analysts complete fieldwork while working elsewhere.
Can I start with fewer hours?
Yes. The 30-hour plans were intentionally designed as lower-cost entry options. You can increase your monthly fieldwork later.
Clients & Fieldwork
Do I have to find my own client?
No. We provide client opportunities through relationships with organizations and programs that need behavior-analytic support.
What will I actually do?
Fieldwork is built around real client and organizational needs. Activities can include assessment, analysis, recommendations, measurement, training, systems work, and other behavior-analytic responsibilities connected to the active fieldwork opportunity.
Is the fieldwork remote?
Yes. The program is designed specifically for remote fieldwork.
Do I need to travel to clients?
No. The remote fieldwork model does not require travel to build your client experience.
Are all specialty areas always available as client work?
No. Our supervisor network includes experience across many specialty areas, but active fieldwork opportunities depend on current client relationships. Supervisor expertise and client availability are not the same thing.
Supervision
Will my supervisor be licensed in my state?
Student analysts are matched with supervision appropriate for the state where they live.
How much is individual versus group supervision?
The 30-hour entry plans use a slightly different split to preserve required client contact. Higher plans use an even 50/50 split between individual and small-group supervision.
How large are groups?
Groups are limited to 10 student analysts.
Can I learn from areas outside my own client experience?
Yes. One purpose of the supervision network and group model is to expose student analysts to questions, applications, and professional perspectives beyond a single client or setting.
Pricing & Monthly Hours
How much does fieldwork cost?
Standard plans start at $199/month. Concentrated plans start at $249/month. All current pricing is published on the Pricing page.
Can I change my monthly hours later?
Yes. You can increase your monthly fieldwork later if your schedule, budget, or goals change.
Can I buy multiple 30-hour plans to create a cheaper higher-hour plan?
No. The 30-hour plans are standalone access tiers and are not stackable.
Do I have to contact someone to learn the price?
No. Pricing is published directly on the site so you can make an informed decision before enrolling.
Existing Fieldwork & Documentation
What happens to fieldwork I already completed elsewhere?
Prior or concurrent fieldwork is handled based on your existing documentation and supervision arrangements. The enrollment process collects the information needed to understand your current situation.
Can I have another supervisor or fieldwork arrangement at the same time?
The program can accommodate student analysts who also have other work or supervision arrangements when the structure is appropriate. Your documentation and responsibilities must remain clear.
What about verification forms and tracking?
Documentation requirements are addressed as part of your fieldwork setup and ongoing supervision. You receive guidance about the records connected to the work completed through this program.
Do you work with university paperwork?
University or practicum paperwork may require additional review because institutions use different forms and agreements. Include that information during enrollment so the needed documents can be evaluated.
Program Fit
Is this traditional clinical ABA fieldwork?
No. The model was intentionally built to expose student analysts to broader applications of behavior analysis outside the traditional insurance-funded clinical structure.
What if I want a career outside an ABA clinic?
That is one of the main reasons the network exists. Supervisors bring experience from education, organizations, healthcare, behavioral safety, forensic applications, animal behavior, consulting, and other directions.
Can I learn about private practice or consulting?
Yes. Entrepreneurship and consulting can be part of professional development for student analysts interested in building services of their own.
